Larger pieces ship with a dedicated carrier; where white-glove service is available in your area, we’ll arrange it. You’ll always know what to expect before it arrives.

If it arrives less than perfect, we make it right. Damaged or defective on arrival? Tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we’ll replace it or refund you — no return-shipping runaround.

Two-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. Frames, seams, and construction are covered for two years from delivery. If something fails through normal use, we’ll repair or replace it.
